<li>1 pound - 80/20 Ground Beef&nbsp; </li>
<li>3-4 slices Thick Slab bacon (Chilled or Partially Frozen)</li>
<li>Crumbled Blue Cheese</li>
<li>Pinch of Salt</li>
<li>4-6 grinds of Black Pepper</li>
<li>Lettuce (optional)</li>
<li>Tomato (optional)</li>
<li>Buns (toasting optional)</li>
</ul>
<p>Sauce</p>
<ul>
<li>3tsp - Mayo</li>
<li>Chopped Fresh Mint</li>
<li>Sriracha Chili Sauce (to taste)</li>
<li>Pinch of Salt</li>
<li>4-6 grinds of Black Pepper </li>
</ul>
