    Episode 1- Red, Hot and Blue Burgers

    Welcome to the Show. We are working hard to bang out episodes and complete the site, but we wanted to give everyone a tasty morsel to snack on. Chech out these Red Hot and Blue Burgers

    Burgers

    • 1 pound - 80/20 Ground Beef 
    • 3-4 slices Thick Slab bacon (Chilled or Partially Frozen)
    • Crumbled Blue Cheese
    • Pinch of Salt
    • 4-6 grinds of Black Pepper
    • Lettuce (optional)
    • Tomato (optional)
    • Buns (toasting optional)

    Sauce

    • 3tsp - Mayo
    • Chopped Fresh Mint
    • Sriracha Chili Sauce (to taste)
    • Pinch of Salt
    • 4-6 grinds of Black Pepper

    Precious bacon, smelted in ground beef, blue cheese, a tangy spicy sauce, and lying in a den of lettuce and tomato. A true masterpiece. My regards to the peeps' hearts for the 80/20. Ryan, I believe the American Heart Association has some beef with you.

    Good stuff, well produced for an amateur show. I'm picky, so swap the blue cheese for something else, and those burgers look insanely good.

    Dave: you could also go with a Sharp Cheddar. Just something with a bite to it.

    Harold and Frank, There will be more episodes soon, and Bacon will take center stage again and again. Sriracha will also show up again.

    Ryan, that was great. You are a male version of Rachael Ray! You have really good camera presence and a great editor. I love the friends there, they should make more comments.
